Guilt - the one that never leaves

Did you know there's something called healthy guilt?

Most of us are more acquainted with our old unhealthy guilt, weighing down on us, making us feel horrible for a mistake, extremely embarrassed for saying something, or not saying something, on an endless trip guilt that improves nothing, but seems like the necessary path towards being better and not screwing up again.

Or is it?
